What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect on our side.

Customers must provide a clear unboxing video (front & back of the product) within 12 hours of delivery to be eligible.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons like wrong size choice, change of mind, or personal preference.

Do you provide Cash On Delivery?

Yes, We provide seamless Cash On Delivery service. However we charge an extra 15₹ for COD Orders. But our Pre-Paid Orders do not have them.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, all UPI and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Or before we confirm the order with you by contacting you.

After this window, cancellations are not possible.

You can also request for any modifications before the confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

No, for the time being we are only focused in INDIA. But soon we will be expanding to International Markets with your support. Thank You.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via trusted courier partners.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Domestic (INDIA) orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.

ARISE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email / whatsapp. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
